भारतीय कृषि रोजाना की सफलता-असफलता के विषय में चाहे जो तर्क दिए जाएँ हैं परन्तु इतना निर्विवाद सत्य है कि भारतीय कृषि आयोजना और कृषि नीति अभी तक विफल की रहीं हैं। पिछले 15 वर्षो के दौरान कृषि में लगे परिवार बर्बाद हो गए, अनगिनत महिलाएं विधवा हो गईं, गांव के गांव निराशा में डूब हो गए। इतना होने पर भी राजनीतिक सत्ता कारगर कदम उठाने को तैयार नहीं है।भारत दुनिया की सबसे तेज़ी से उभरती हुई अर्थव्यवस्था मात्र नहीं है, वरन यह प्रचुर मात्रा में प्राकृतिक पोषक तत्त्वों से परिपूर्ण खाद्य पदार्थों का उत्पादन करने वाली विश्व की तीसरी सबसे वृहद अर्थव्यवस्था भी है|  बावजूद इसके पिछले 15 सालों से देश में कृषि वृद्धि दर निरंतर घटती जा रही है|

What is Merchant Discount Rate?

1-It is a charge to a merchant by a bank for accepting payment from their customers in credit and debit cards every time a card is used for payments (like swiping) in their stores.

2-The merchant discount rate is expressed in percentage of the transaction amount.

Demonetisation refers to the process by which currency notes in the Economy cease to be legal tender. On 8th November 2016, the Govt of India (GoI) notified that existing currency notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 denomination (Mahatma Gandhi series) will cease to be legal tender. All citizens were asked to deposit their cash held in Rs 500 and Rs 1000 denomination bank notes in their bank accounts by 30th December. They could also exchange their cash with new bank notes and notes of other denominations subject to various limits and conditions.
