UPSC CDS II 2017
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will release the official notification for Combined Defence Service (CDS) II Exam on 19th November 2017 (Sunday)
The Application Process of CDS 2017 will commence with the release of notification and all the aspirants can apply online until 08th September 2017
UPSC conducts the CDS exam for recruitment into India Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Officers Training Academy (OTA) and Air Force Academy (AFA) as Commissioned Officers.
This is a national level entrance examination conducted twice in a year - February and November. All the aspirants are advised to check the eligibility criteria to know the age and academic qualification for CDS 2017 exam before they fill the online application form.

Name of the Post: Combined Defence Service Examination (II), 2017 (Including SSC Women (Non Technical Course)
i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun- 145th (DE) Course commencing in July 2018 [including 13 vacancies reserved for NCC 'C' Certificate (Army Wing) holders] - 100 vacancies (approx)
ii) Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala- Course commencing in July 2018 Executive (General Service) (including 06 vacancies reserved for NCC 'C' Certificate holders (Naval Wing) - 45 vacancies (approx)
iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad - (Pre-Flying) Training Course commencing in August, 2018 i.e. No. 204 F (P) Course - 32 vacancies (approx)
iv) Officers Training Academy,Chennai - 108th SSC (Men) (NT) Course communing in Nov/December 2018 (Tentative) - 255 vacancies (including 50 vacancies for NCC ‘C’) (approx)
v) Officers Training Academy, Chennai- 22nd SSC Women (Non-Technical) Course commencing October 2018 - 12 vacancies (Tentative)

Last Date for Submission of Applications: 08th September 2017 (Friday) till 06.00 pm
Admit card can be downloaded: September to October 2017
Date of CDS 2017 Exam: 19th November 2017 (Sunday)
